The TT68 is a high-temperature heat pump with significantly higher efficiency for producing hot water and heating (70ºC). Supported by an intelligent energy management system, it achieves an improved energy performance of 40% in both new construction and existing buildings compared to competing techniques. The Carrier 30RW160 heat pump is utilized for cooling and heating the hotel.
The Carrier series of water-cooled chillers, heat pumps, and condenserless chillers are designed for indoor installation with a galvanized steel frame, polyester powder coating, and hermetic compressors. They feature an acoustically lined enclosure for compressors and heat exchangers, with removable side panels for easy service access. The evaporator and condenser are made of stainless steel soldered with copper, meeting PED pressure vessel guidelines and "CE" certified.
